Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason (the legal minimum is 14 days; we offer 30). The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. For an order of several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — please try sneakers on indoors, on a clean surface, and keep the original box and tags.
