Shipping & delivery
We ship from Manchester (United Kingdom) to the whole world. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel ships.

Customs & import duties
We ship from the United Kingdom. For every destination outside the UK — including the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and the USA — import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees may be charged on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. If you refuse the parcel, the return shipping cost and any duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us at support@flash-kicks.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll resolve it — replacement or full refund.
